1.今天用的的白瓤红薯,洗净对切两半蒸25分钟,蒸熟

2.去皮用刀碾压成泥

3.把红薯泥、糯米粉、面粉、白糖放入盆里

4.揉搓均匀,因这个红薯很干,所以揉搓后依然很散,不会成团

5.蒸红薯时蒸了南瓜,用里面的汤汁把红薯泥弄成团

6.在揉搓好的的红薯里加入南瓜汁,用了50克,没有南瓜汁可以直接加水和成团。如果用的红薯水分大,可以不用加汤汁的。

8.莲蓉馅取需要的量

9.把红薯面团均分成8剂子,莲蓉馅分成12克的剂子

10.用红薯面团包裹莲蓉馅,包严实揉圆

11.把团好的坯在蛋液中滚一遍

14.油温4成热,入锅炸

15.中火炸至外表金黄。千万不要用大火炸,油温也不要过高,否则易爆开

16.捞出用吸油纸吸掉表面油就可以享用啦

17.掰开一个,里面是甜甜的莲蓉馅,外面的糯糯的红薯,很好吃的哦
小窍门&温馨提示
1.如果用的红薯水分大,可以不用加汤汁的或者少加,以可以成团为准。
2.油炸时千万不要用大火炸,油温也不要过高,否则不易炸透而且易爆裂
3.我用的莲蓉馅,也可以换成自己喜欢的馅芯
